Weight Training For Power Development



Power = Weight Lifted x Speed / Time

Power equals the amount of weight lifted at
your fastest speed divided by the amount of time
it takes you to perform the movement will determine
to amount of power you can generate.

If you increase weight lifted and speed, or/and reduce time,
your power will nautually increase.

There are 2 types of power, one is versitile and absolute power:

1. Versitile power is for altheles who want to jump higher or run faster,
becoming a great pound for pound athlete.

2. Absolute power is where you want to increase your size and strength
