Even though weight training is mainly done in a gym or weight room, what you do outside the gym is very important as well, this includes sleep, rest and proper eating habits and foods and supplements that is best for your body and mind to recover and grow. We will also talk about different weight training equipment and gym requirements when looking for a place to train or if you wanted to work out from home to help you achieve your fitness goal.
